Giuseppe Comes, the chef / manager of La Forca Ristorante – Trattoria believes in honest Italian cuisine. To this end, Giuseppe serves super fresh changing dishes in many varieties from his native Italy on a daily basis. The products and ingredients are bought fresh every day at markets and from regular suppliers from Italy. For example, black truffles arrive weekly from Italy. Traditional regional dishes accompanied by unusual wines make a visit to La Forca a true culinary experience. Come by and take a seat in our ”lounge” area, and enjoy the Enoteca, like in Italy, with a delicious Italian aperitif/wine accompanied by an Assagini (snacks). It is also possible to have a catering delivered, so that you can also enjoy the delicious Italian antipasti or other dishes that La Forca has to offer!
